Children aborting babies- yet another New Labour failure?

Ireally think that all teenage girls should getting th implant when they are at school so they cant have children for at least 5 years. If we did that at 13, then they cant have kids until they are 18 and by then you would hope they are sensible enough to know what they are doing.
