First date Help! What should I do? I have to tell him something before I go but I am not sure how!?

My boyfriend and I have been dating about 2 weeks and Tomorrow is our first date. We couldn't ever go before because we were so busy but anyway how should I act? We are going to a movie and I wanted to know if I should lean on him, let him put his arm around me or what? I am not the kind of girl who makes out with a guy in the movie theatre. We never kissed before so should I kiss him afterwards? or wait until he does it? I don't really like PDA and when he does it at school, I can tell that he is nervous and it makes me uncomfortable, how do I tell him?
