Horsepower question!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

will a bigger throttle body and a bored spacer to match and an exhaust cutout/dump after the headers and before the cat give me any extra horsepower to what i already have? which is a 2000 jeep gr cherokee k&n cai banks headers gibson exhaust and a hi flo cat could any1 give me a realistic estimate?
