I'm a guy who is always overly paranoid about everything, I wasn't sure if I was victim of date ?e?

I went out to strip club w/t what thought to be friend from hs. I was drinking 5-6beers fast within 1hr or 2hr ON AN complete EMPTY stomach. I felt drunk for a little while and then cant recall anything after a certain point that night waking up in my back seat of my own car! with vomit on myself and on the floor,sneakers etc. the first thing I did when I woke up was ume I may have been d & very paranoid I went to touch my area and I had gone to the bathroom halfway in my pants..and I went home took a nap threw up later. my did not hurt one bit...but I was so paranoid and scared I didnt remove the fecal matter lodged in my rectum. It turned hard and I just left it in me until the next day. It hurt to remove it due to my hair I tore it painfull..my didnt hurt so I thought maybe I wasnt d...but my area felt kind of weird and I had hemroids but painless. uncomfortable I figured this could have been from going in my pants and leaving it shoved up there for 24+hrs which I read you can get from leaving objects in your . or I was d that night.
