Stood up then 4 months later get an apology?

Months ago there was a guy that approached me online.I hesitated at first but decided to give the"dating"thing a try..long story short he seemed very interested in me..and we hit it off well.We used to talk on the phone.Until I was going through something personal & stopped answering not only his but "everyones"phone calls. He always wanted me to IM him,to get him through the day so I did.He insisted on meeting my parents, even though I was wary about it..but after he wanted .I refused. What made it worst is he said he knows I've been through alot, and looked me in my eyes and said he'd never hurt me.(I've been a cancer survivor for years now)Well the day after thanksgiving he asked would my parents be home.I said yes and then he didnt respond.I figured hed come..so I got all dolled up and He was a "No Show" I felt so embared and after going out for a walk sinked under my bed covers for the rest of the day, cried a little from the disappointment.Mind you Im "avirgin"& he found me phyiscally attractive and tried to have with me,and we had a struggle..so after we did somethings..he still insisted on having with me.At the time I was only 5"2 and 110 and the guy was 6"3 and change, and it takes a person with good upper strength to prevent someone that big from going any fuRther..so he was worned out and gave up..later on we watched his favoriate movie.etc We then held hands and kissed as I walked him to his car.He then called the same night and said how he had a great time he will definitely see me again etc...So I confronted him days after he immed me after being stood up.I then immed him and left a voicemail, and after being jerked around ran up his phone bill".I have a low tolerance for being played with. After 4 months of no contact he then "apologizes"after I stopped responding,he 2 weeks ago wanted to comeover even tried to get on the phone so he could explain,so basically wasnt having it...Am I wrong? What would you do?
