High fever, suggestions?

Stay hydrated. No hot drinks. Aspirin or Tylenol work better for fever than ibuprofen. I prefer aspirin myself because of the liver problems with Tylenol. However, aspirin can upset the stomach, so eat a little something. I think 103.2 is too high not to be addressed, especially with a heart rate of 140. I wish your folks would get you to the ER. I especially do not like that high heart rate.
