Can a 13 N beta decay to 14 N and 15 N?

it is stated in the question given to me that 13 N is the unstable isotopes and the other two are the stable one. and is asking about the type of beta decay, the decay reaction and maximum KE of beta ray. would anyone be kind enough to help? thx..
