Do I meet the qualifications of this scholarship?

I know that I meet all but one of the qualifications for a scholarship that could very much help me cover college tuition costs. But the one qualification I'm not sure of is that I need a 3.75+ GPA. Throughout highschool, I've steadily maintained 91-92 GPA (my current ulative, after my junior year, is 91.420). I'm not sure how they translate though, and whether I've made the cut.
