How can I stop my brother from being a dictator to my family and I?

Every action is ruled by my brother, and whenever I complain to my parents, they are in denial, saying that i am just imagining things. However, the reality of the situation is, he would not let me go through the basement, he would not let me listen to music, he would let me exercise, I mean i feel like i living in Saddam Hussein's castle or something, and frankly i am sick and tired of it. He, also, likes to tell my parents, what to do and what not to do. I hate being controlled, not only am i being controlled by my parents, but having to put up with my bro too is just too much for me. Please help me, any advice would be much appreciated. I feel so helpless. Thanks in advance.
