How do I stop my kitten attacking my new puppy?

Alot of things like that can be handled with a pump bottle full of water when he does something wrong squirt him, he will get the idea pretty fast, or let nature take it's course, soon they will most likely get along as the dog gets bigger and more sure about himself the cat will fall in line.
