Where can I watch popular tv shows online like Gossip Girl and One Tree hill almost instantly after they air?

I don't have the CW channel on my tv and I used to have a really good site that I would watch them on. Just recently this site now has a survey you have to fill out before you can watch the show. Does anyone have a good site where I can watch shows like House, One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl on the same night that they air on TV. I am absolutley desperate! I need a site with no survey or things I have to download. Also I live in Canada so I can't watch them on the CW site or anything. Thanks in advance!
