Wwe smackdown vs raw 2008 gameshark hacking advice?

okay, so i'm totally computer/game illiterate, i bought the gameshark code thingy, i ended up deleting my game saves by aciden and i was wondering if anyone knows how to put game saves into the memory card on ps2 using gameshark.. if anyone knows how to do it id appritiate step by step insructions. i already have the game saves have a thumb drive but every time i try to transffer it to the memmory card it just doesnt work
