Did Pierre Teilhard de Chardin spread the Christian Faith?

Very much so. He was accused of quietism, but I don't think it was so much a "heresy" as that it may have made some influential people of that time and place uncomfortable. I have read his "Abandonment to Divine Providence" and find it very close to St. Therese of Lisieux's "little way of spiritual childhood." And she is now a Doctor of the Catholic church.
